Whilst this gives real depth to my experience, my ethos is always the same; make everything as crystal clear, refreshingly simple and value added as possible. I’m a straight-talking Lancashire lass who thrives on helping others succeed.

After 30 years in the corporate world, I decided the time had come for a new challenge. I have been fortunate to have a really diverse career which gives me bags of knowledge & experience, and which can best be described as a tale of three thirds! I am now hugely passionate about taking everything I have learnt to really help businesses in my local area grow & flourish.
I am a qualified chartered accountant which means I’ll always keep an eye on the bottom-line, but I’ve learnt that focusing on profit is very short-term and is not what drives success. I want to help my clients achieve continued sustainable growth, and to lead a business which meets their personal and professional aspirations.
I spent 10 years in sales working for a multi-national IT company. This taught me so much, not only about the importance of sales strategies, but also the power of innovation. Sales is not a natural fit for an accountant! But for me, there was never any hard sell. My success came from building trusted, honest relationships with my clients and taking the time to listen and understand what they were really looking for.
I have also operated as MD of a company within one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, so I have first-hand experience of all the challenges (and boy there are challenges!) that business leaders face on a day-to-day basis.
